Saturday 3 December. Dundonald to Troon: 6.3 miles. Windy, sunny and wet. Castle to house with Reiver. Trail, hill and roads.
Sunday 4 December. Rest day run. To fork in road on Royal Troon: 3.12 miles 00:26:51. Dark, wet, hail with Reiver.
Monday 5 December. Glasgow: 5.8 miles. Bright, sunny, still (between snow showers). Gardner Street Circuit. Roads but snow, slush and ice.
Tuesday 6 December. Dumyat: 3.4 miles. Snowing heavily. Hill with snow underfoot sometimes deep.
Wednesday 7 December. Rest day run again. Wee niggle in my calf. To fork in road on Royal Troon: 3.12 miles 00:26:51. Dark with Reiver.
Thursday 8 December. Edinburgh. 32 minutes. From Royal Terrace hotel on a winding route past St Andrews House, over the Bridge, down the Royal mile under Regent Road and then back past SAH and in. Late at night after long shift in SGoRR. Good run though.
Friday 9 December. Troon. 3.3 miles. Circuit round by wrack bridge. With Reiver.
Saturday 10 December. Dumyat. Fresh snow. Up by burn down by back and east. mist low. Bright sunshine up top. With Reiver. Cracking run.
Sunday 11 December. Troon. 3.3 miles. Circuit round by wrack bridge. With Reiver.
Monday 12 December. Troon. 3.3 miles. Circuit round by wrack bridge.
Tuesday 13 December. Troon. To fork in road on Royal Troon: 3.12 miles Dark, wet, hail, wind 45 gusting to 66 mph.
Wednesday 14 December. Glasgow: 6 miles No rain. Partick Station circuit. Roads.
Thursday 15 December. Glasgow. 6 miles. Sunny. Reverse Partick Station circuit. Roads.
Friday 16 December. Dumyat. 3.5 miles. Dumyat top loop. Sunny. Hills with Reiver.
Saturday 17 December. Troon (7 miles (would have been 6.48 but had to go back for my watch!). Darley Plantation, Fullerton Woods, Wrack Road, Cycle track Prestwick Airport, Royal Troon. Bright and sunny, very icy under foot. Trails, roads and paths with Reiver.
Sunday 18 December. Rest day. Troon. 3.3 miles. Circuit round by wrack bridge. With Reiver. Bright and sunny ice underfoot.
Monday 19 December. 6 miles. Sunny. Reverse Partick Station circuit. Roads.
Tuesday 20 December. 8.2 miles. 1:07:26. Overcast no wind. St Georges Cross, Anniesland Cross, Dumbarton Road Roundabout back along the river front. Gentle steady pace.
Wednesday 21 December. 8 miles. Overcast, drizzle no wind. St Georges Cross, Anniesland Cross, Dumbarton Road Roundabout back along the river front.
Thursday 22 December. 8 miles. Overcast no wind. St Georges Cross, Anniesland Cross, Dumbarton Road Roundabout back along the river front.
Friday 23 December. Rest day. 3.5 miles on the high Dumyat circuit. Cool but bright. With Reiver.
Saturday 24 December. Troon. 6.61 miles. Beach to Pow Burn. Prestwick Airport. Back along cycle track, Wrack Road, Fullarton then Darley Plantation. Very windy, overcast occasional rain. With Reiver.
Sunday 25 December. Troon. 3.3 miles. Circuit round by wrack bridge. With Reiver. Overcast and windy.
Monday 26 December. Troon and Barassie. 10.7 miles. Esplanade, Ballast Bank, handrail outer roads of Barassie, back into cycle track, past Marr, Wrack Road bridge, Royal Troon to Club House, back in. With Reiver who still had the energy to chase Retrievers at the 9 mile point on Royal Troon.

Wednesday 28 December. Troon. 3.3 miles. Wrack Bridge circuit. High winds and rain.
Thursday 29 December. Troon. 3.3 miles. WBc. Windy, dark, hail and rain.
Friday 30 December. Troon. 5.15 miles. To bridge at Prestwick end of cycle path and back. Paths. Rain and wind. With Reiver.
Saturday 31 December. Troon and Irvine. 10.12 miles. Out by Marr, through Shewalton Wood, over the dual carriageway, Western Gailes and back by the cycle track and Marr.
